This position is offered under an Independent Contractor Agreement. The individual engaged shall perform services as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, partner, or representative of the company or of Mr. Kambiz Merabi.
As an independent contractor, the individual will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Nothing in this engagement shall be construed to create an employer–employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership between the parties.
Compensation: The position offers starting compensation equivalent to an annual rate of $36,000 (USD) for a full-time schedule
As this role is currently structured as a part-time, half-day position, compensation will be pro-rated to $19,000 (USD) annually, paid in accordance with the terms of the independent contractor agreement and applicable laws.
This rate reflects the current scope of work and may be subject to adjustment upon transition to full-time status or modification of engagement terms by mutual written agreement.
Schedule: In-person | Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM it will lead to full time in April 2026
This position is offered initially as a part-time independent contractor engagement, requiring on-site presence Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
The engagement may transition to a full-time independent contractor role effective April 2026, contingent upon the contractor’s performance, the company’s operational needs, and mutual written agreement between the parties.
This engagement does not constitute an offer of employment and does not create an employer-employee relationship. The contractor will remain responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing independent contractor services.
The company reserves the right to adjust the scope of work, hours, or terms of engagement in accordance with business requirements and applicable law.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage a detailed content calendar for consistent posting and campaigns.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Customize content to suit each platform’s best practices and target demographics.
Content Creation & Publishing
- Produce high-quality posts, visuals, and videos that reflect the brand’s style and values.
- Execute both organic and paid campaigns to promote events, developments, and initiatives.
- Curate relevant third-party or user-generated content to enhance engagement and value.
Community Management
- Engage authentically with followers through comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Build and nurture an active online community to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain a positive brand reputation across all digital channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, and growth.
- Analyze data to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
- Proven creativity and storytelling ability.
- Expertise across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Pinterest.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and scheduling tools.
- Proficiency with Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and Canva (or similar platforms).

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and creative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The individual should possess a strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, audience engagement, and digital communication strategies, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple social media platforms.
